New 2022 Forest River RV RiverStone Reserve Series 3950FWK

I have a Club Car electric golf cart I took to Kalkaska previously for service. Point North RV is closer to my home and they are also a certified Club Car dealer. I took our golf cart their for overall service in October and I was very happy with the service and cost. Everything was done as promised. Rudy was great with her customer service and kept me in the loop with the progress on the service. When I picked up our cart today, Clinton came out and went over everything he had done on the cart and gave me some tips for winterizing this year. Clinton was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be bringing our golf cart back here the next time we need service. They did a great job !!

Rudy and her tech were amazing called first thing in the morning she got us right in pulled her crew off what they were working on to get us on the road fixed the problem at a great rate so impressed we will have her do more work in the future and travel over 4 hours to have it done

We had a very good experience with Dan and his service team! Very fast with getting us the camper that beat fit us and the start to end process was phenomenal. Will definitely recommend them to everybody!

We were ‘just looking around’ and happened to stop at Point North RV. Met Paul in the parking lot and knew then and there; this is the place. He took us through a few campers … the one we asked to go see again; yep, we now own it! I can’t say enough about all the staff here. They know there business and truly care about their customers! We were up on vacation and our stove stoped working, we first stoped into Bishs right across the street and they were unhelpful to the point of almost being rude. Came across to point north and they helped us offering several solutions, including lending us tools to get our stove back up and running. If you’re in the Ludington area and need assistance with your trailer. This is your spot!

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Clinton in the service department and Susan at the service desk. Susan kept me informed throughout the whole process and Clinton took the time to show me everything he did on my golf cart and also gave me some good tips on how to properly charge the battery to get longer life out of the batteries. I was extremely pleased with everything they did.

This was my 1st time at this store. I left their local competition extremely frustrated with the lack of service and unfriendliness. PN was a breath of fresh air. I was immediately greeted not by 1 person, but by 3...every one with a smile and a pleasant voice. They answered all of my questions. I will be back.

Stopped at the competition, because Fun n Sun was always the best. After announcing what I was looking for to the two men working parts counter.( one eating popcorn the other scanning his computer) nobody acknowledged my question. Standing at the counter they hesitantly asked if they could help. I said I didn't want to bother them. Moved down the road to Point North, as soon as we walked in the door Peggy acknowledges us and went out of her way to help us. I had few questions she couldn't answer so she had Clinton come out and talk to us. Problem solved . I only rv in this area 2 to 3 times a year. But, I will always recommend to all my rv friends. Tha k you to Peggy for going above and beyond.

Rudy Coleman is the best!!! We needed a part for our camper, she made a phone call to confirm what was needed for us. She ordered the part, we got it when she said we would. It cost what she said it would. Great experience! L Shaffer

Fantastic company. After a week of camping at ludington state campground our 5th wheels breakaway device had broke. We had no camper brakes an pulling a 5th wheel a little scary. We pulled into Point North RV. Went in talked to JP and within 15 minutes we are back on the road. Excellent customer service. Thank you to all that made this happen. The Walkers.

Great place. Lance is the best! Lance was the best and still is but not there any more . Sooooo we have had nothing but problems with our camper. First the TV broke the second time out. We had to buy a new one ourselves. Was told it would be at least 6 months before they could get us a new one. Then we found out the water pipes had been frozen and broke underneath. And right away we complained that the frig never shuts off we were told that is how that frig is suppose to run. Didn't make sense to us but that's all they would. Now we are in a park down south and asked other people how much their electric is running them . 50 to 60 dollars a month. Ours has been almost 200.00 a month. Finally bought us a new frig and ours is now 45.00. A month. What a difference. Don't buy a unit with a fur room TV or a nor old frig.
