RV kitchens tend to be on the smaller side and it can become hot and cramped while cooking, which may lead you to pick up fast food more often than you should. But cooking in your RV is a cinch when you follow these tips!

Use a Slow Cooker

Slow cookers are great for RV cooking because they use very little energy and can do the work for you while you enjoy your activities. Just set it up before you leave in the morning and dinner will be ready by the time you get back!

Grill Outside

If you don’t enjoy cooking on the stove, pack a portable grill to set up outside of your camper or use the fire pit for cooking. You can prepare lots of cuts of meat or even vegetable kebabs this way. Burgers and hot dogs are a go-to favorite for campers, after all!

Shelf-Stable Foods

Going with shelf-stable foods may be the easiest option when it comes to cooking in your RV. These items will last a long time and you’ll clear up space in your fridge for items you would rather not eat canned. Pack proteins like canned tuna, peanut butter, and dry foods like cereal and oatmeal. These are all easy and convenient options for traveling on the road.

For more information or to explore RVs for sale, visit Point North RV.
