Your RV may basically be a house on wheels, but as they say: home is where the heart is. To help you cozy up your RV and make it the home away from home you want, we’ve got a handful of quick interior decoration tips that will help you get your RV feeling more homey.
Pillows
Get some throw pillows to add some character to your living room! Add some color, and then make it pop with a contrasting/complementary blanket over the back of your couch. Give the bedroom a bit of a facelift by changing out the bedspread and getting some new pillowcases there as well.
Pictures
Your cherished memories are a perfect way to bring some of the comforts of home on the road. Pick up some lightweight picture frames to hang your photos, and make sure they’re made with plastic and not glass (just in case they fall off the wall). Use some adhesive velcro strips to secure your pictures so they won’t shift during travel.
Plants
You can also get some plants for your RV. A simple bamboo or a small ficus is all it takes. Make sure that you’ve got a proper place for your plant to sit so you don’t get your carpet messy. When you travel, wrap the pot of the plant in a towel and store it in the sink to prevent spills and help to stop tipping.
